Going from a school environment, starting my associates program at Revamp made the transition less stressful and full of support. The culture at Revamp was one of the main reasons I decided to start my career there. As a team our goals and values align, which makes it the optimal environment for growth both personally and professionally. Wherever you look, no matter what questions you have or situation you’d find yourself in, there is always someone who is there to help you. Revamp also provides classes to help further your skill set, and will do one on one coaching with every stylist there so you can overcome challenges, and work towards your goals. For me personally this team environment and associates program was ideal for what I was looking for in a hair home. The associates program allowed me to learn from experienced stylists who gave me the tools and knowledge to go full time taking clients and feeling confident in my abilities to give our clients our five star experience. There is always room for growth no matter where you are at in your career, this is something I found inspiring with the Revamp team because they always put education first, and even the most experienced stylists are learning something everyday.
